Ultimate camping trailer by cop 4x4

I must be missing something here. I see no more than a few hundred dollars worth of camping gear, at the most, sitting on an extremely expensive trailer with Jeep wheels.
One man tent:$40
Stove: $30
Propane tank for one person: $5
The above items, packed neatly, would take the space of a chihuahua, perform the duties accomplished by the one man camp trailer, without the hassle of towing and for less than %10 of the cost.

Awning: 500
Water tank and pump: 500
Electrical setup: 200+ (am guessing here)
m416/m101 in perfect condition: 1000+
That's not counting the money spent on wiring in the electrical, plumbing in the water, and the fab work for that rack. At the 10k price tag, he's actually at the bottom end of the camping trailer spectrum.
Edit, I'll add that the open box (or one with a soft cover) isn't quite my cup of tea. I prefer a hard lid so that whatever gear is in the back is secure, clean and dry. But before you start hammering on him, put some thought into what it is that he's selling. Is it for everyone? No. But there is a market for these, and his price point is fairly reasonable compared to where others are in the market.

Sadly it's not. It's actually on the lower end of the spectrum. An Adventure Trailer with the same gear would be 14-18k. Sierra 4x4 (when in business) would be 10-15k. There's others (that come with less) that are in the 4-7k range.
