I'm pretty certain that they have sidewalls like regular tires, they just show them without the sidewalls to show how they work.

Highly doubt it. If they had side walls, it wouldn't be "airless" anymore.

haha I would sometimes make a reference to that commercial while rock crawling and some friends would chuckle and others would just kinda stare......you know....I get that alot actually.
