Tuffy
Tuffy,
I emailed you from your website on monday, I don't have time to call right now (I'm writing this while working ridiculous hours during the day).
I have the:
Tuffy Jeep JK Wrangler Flip-n-Lock Stereo Cover & Tray
Tuffy Jeep JK Wrangler Locking Cubby Cover
Both of these products are ~3months old, and all of the exposed screws are rusting and need to be replaced.
If you aren't able to supply replacement screws, then that's fine. I can probably find something similar at Tractor Supply, I just need an answer one way or another.
Thank you.

Like others have said-- PM tuffy or tuffy2. They have always been more than helpful. I have a hard time getting on the phone during work, too. But PMing is just as easy as posting to the board... and probably more effective, in this particular case.

are you for real? I am starting to think that the original screws committed suicide to get away from you. Cause that was a 8=====D head response to someone trying to help you.

So you mean, you don't get a single break in a 18 hour shift, but have time to surf jk-forum...?

Take your beef elsewhere and call them....
Don't feed the troll....
From the OP's profile:
I had all of the Tuffy products, then got rid of them due to a customer service disagreement.
My 2 cents:
I have owned two Tuffy products in the past 2.5 years. The center console insert I had was great, no problems. I had a slight problem with my security deck (from the very first batch) and Tuffy corrected the problem IMMEDIATELY sending me replacement parts the same week.

I am more than pleased (and I am very critical) with my security drawer cover. It made the change from my 2dr Jeep to the 4dr and is still kicking as designed.
FWIW all my fasteners have rusted also. I do wish they would use better hardware but they are a great company.
The drawer also dented both vehicles because the driver side is too big. If I was them, I would round that edge so it doesn't hit the tailgate door. It is not that big of a deal and once the gate is "clearanced" it works fine. I also drilled and screwed the attachment piece into the body so it was more secure. It might be neat if it was pre-drilled from the factory for people that want to pursue that option.
