True Flow - Out of Business???
In the process of getting my JK California Smog Tested, I tried to get the CARB number for my True Flow XDI Intake...
The first few times I called True Flow... no answer...
The next week I tried to call... numbers disconnected...
And now I noticed that Quadratec is no longer advertising or selling True Flow on their website...
Did they go out of business???

I have been trying to get a hold of them as well. No response to several e-mails. I'm trying to find their recharge kit, but every place I've checked says its discontinued.

What kinda foam is it? Some of that stuff will last a lifetime if you take care of it and clean it with mild detergents. You don't wanna use something harsh, because that'll dry it out. It's lookin kinda bad for True Flow. I get a generic "Go Daddy" search page when I type in their URL now. I tell you what I would do. Go to a semi truck parts store and see if they can match somethin up at least diameter wise. They would be easy to cut to length. Over the road trucks use filters similar in construction to the XDI.

TrueFlow went out of business back in August, no idea why but they no longer exist. So much for the warranties on their CAI's lol.

That's just Great.... I was hoping that would not happen. Should have stuck with K&N....
Just for some info....You can use the K&N cleaning kit to clean the TrueFlow XDI kit without any adverse effects. Since you will not be able to purchase the TrueFlow foam cleaning kit anymore...

Well... I think I know why the went out of business... Too many warranty issues.
The first filter canister on the True Flow XDI that I had Broke at the bracket weld... allowing air to pass unfiltered through into the engine.
They sent a replacement with an 'upgraded' bracket. This was a little over a year ago. Guess what... same thing happened again with the 'upgraded' one. Did an emergency swap out with the stock air box last night.
I just hope that the engine is okay... there's no telling what dirt/metal fragments the engine ingested.
