Yup, just a few bolts out, and a few back in and you're done. Its prolly one of the easier swaps to do on a jeep.

I got mine for free in my deal (wires and tow hitch) I will probably remove the stock hitch once I go aftermarket on the bumper.
I installed the factory wires myself and it took all but 30 minutes to do the whole thing.
Very easy. The hitch may not be worth it. But the wires definitely worth doing. Simple Plug & Play type of operation. They should be running about 80-90 bucks for the factory Mopar seven pin setup.
