Can you? Yes
If the trailer has brakes, you might even be able to stop it.
But should you? Ask your insurance company and see how hard they laugh. That is a few times the tow limit, so any and all damage to the car and family you wipe out will be coming out of your pocket.

Should be fine a long as you don't plan to leave the driveway. They don't call Jeep a 1/4 ton truck because it is designed for heavy duty servce.
Think of it this way: Hitch weight should be about 10% of the trailer weight. After you put 900 pounds on the hitch, you'd hafta get out and walk.
Or, this way: The highest Combined Vehicle Weight Rating of any stock Jeep is around 8200 pounds. Add your 4-5000 pound Jeep to the 9K trailer and you'd be over by 4800 to 5800 pounds.
But, not to worry. There is plenty of room in the ditches.

A 4dr can tow 3500lbs with a tongue weight of 350lbs. I tow a 2900lbs E2 tent trailer w/390lbs tongue weight and trailer brakes. To answer your question, no way should you attempt to tow that. Not only can you "F" up your jeep but just imagine what could happen to another driver if that thing comes off your tongue or you can't stop in time.
But its your jeep.
But its your jeep.

Yeah, the most I've don with my 09 ruby-auto is:
350miles-round trip - 65-70mph
21 ft center console Sea Pro w/ 135gal of fuel & Mercury Verado 200
5 Men
Fishing Gear
2 - 120 quart yeti's loaded
JK fuel (full)
That was on a RE 4.5" LA, but was still running stockers at the time. Haven't towed with the 35's yet.
Few other notes, FEB - temp was mid 50's, Louisiana is completely flat other than bridges, the trailer has surge brakes and is tandem axle....these are all HUGE factors...
If it was me and i was moving 9000lbs.....cool/cold weather 50F-, tandem axle, surge brakes, and flat land, wouldn't do more than 100miles round trip at 45mph (OD off of course). Also would ass-load the 9000 grand to give yourself a reasonable tongue weight.
Just some thoughts....there's alot of physics to towing!!
