Top + Doors = Coffin
Put my top and doors on after being w/o them for months. Now I feel like I'm entrapped in my vehicle. Not going to like winter this year.

Just took my top and doors off for the first time last night even though I've had the Jeep for almost 2 months. I know the temp here in SW OK is same as the surface of sun but cooler weather is a day or 2 off and I just couldn't stand it.
haha.. i had the top off for a day or 2 but first time with doors off as well. Just though I'd qualify that.

That's funny! It's getting colder up here too so the top and doors have gone back on, but yeah I feel claustrophobic as well. And I'm beginning to hate my B-pillar blind spot now with the pillar AND soft top fabric in the way. Can't see anything on my direct left side so there's gonna be some interesting lane merging this winter!

I'm assuming everyone here is pulling your doors and top, but throwing a safari header on to avoid the heat problem. Is that not the case?
I run half doors and a safari top about 8 months a year. I just pull the uppers when I want, and throw them back in when it may rain. But CA has pretty reasonable weather.
I have a co-worker who drives his JKU with not top all summer. I can't handle riding with him during lunch becuse the jeep is so hot (Plus we're in dress clothes for work). I guess I'm a softy...
