? Tock-Tock sound when moving Forward ?

? Tock-Tock sound when moving Forward ?
Hey guys
Jeep Jk 2010 3"lift & Winch
When I am at a stop and start to move forward my jeep makes a Tock-Tock sound.When I'm driving it will sometimes make the sound but rare.
The sound comes from the front. Can't tell which side.
I was thinking that it was either a U joint (axle or driveshaft) or bushing.
I know for sure it's not my Bumper, winch or suspension making the noise.
Any of you ever have this problem?
