Default Tire Rotation

I tried to find a thread on this but couldnt so my question is when rotating ur tires should I take it to discount tire or can I do it myself. Is it just a matter of rotating all the tires or is there rebalancing invovled? Id hate to pay 100 dollars if I can just do it myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you can change 1 you can rotate 5.

You should be good, unless you feel a lot of shaking coming from the wheels. At least that is what I have been told.

If they are properly balanced prior rotation they will be fine after, once they are balanced it doesn't mater where you put them.

I say do it yourself and then if it gets messed up you have the $100 to fix it but you should be ok.

I have actually never balanced my 35's. I rotate the 4 on the ground every 3000 miles. If it is not shaking now, you will most likely not need a balance.

Yeah it's very possible to do it your self. I just did mine at 8000 mi (I know a bit long) but my setup is Toyo 35's on Procomp 7289's and them bad boys are HEAVY (about 115 lbs / wheel). Tough on your back...but common' man SUCK IT UP. It's really about your technique. If they were (certainly) balanced to begin with you'll have no problems.

Thanks everyone. Yes they were properly balanced. I will do it myself.
