Thanks for all the feed back guys! As far as buying a new model in its first year, I completely agree - there are always issues and bugs that need to be worked out. I figure if the 2018 is the greatest thing since sliced bread I can always keep the JK for a year or two and trade up if necessary. Hopefully next time I'm posting here I'll have a new JK in the driveway to show off
