If you've never gone dune boomin', you haven't lived. Only rolled the CJ-5 once (dumped on its side). With a half dozen others, we rolled it back upright and off we went, none the worse for the adventure.
A friend damaged two vertebrae jumping dunes in his Meyers Manx clone. He was nuts, and so were we for riding with the lunatic.
The crazy-ass things I saw done with M151s would boggle your minds.
If we still had access to dunes here on Long Island, I'd be boomin' 'em again. Alas, the Piping Plovers have all the best beach real estate these days.

Tread lightly comment
I think tread lightly ( not a member yet- certainly not expert about organization ) focuses on staying on designated trails on approved ORV areas, not how fast or hard you drive on them. Joe
