yeah I really dig the jkl stretch too, but damn with a new born kid and all the stuff that comes with it, not sure it will be that great. With a 5 yo big boy maybe, but you know..

I had a 14 jku willys with my just turned 2 year old and my 4 year old for the last 15months and just traded it for a 15 jkr this past weekend. no regrets at all, your jeep is awesome and has a lot into it (time & memories) make sure you really think about it.

It's all about your needs and what your using it for. My first jeep was a 4 door because I preferred the looks. I joined a club and after a few years of wheelin decided to get a 2 door because it's mostly rock crawlin out here in the desert and I'm single. It's my daily driver and it doesn't ride like a car but it's no CJ either. 2015 JKR, 4.10s, auto, 35" MTRK at 13 MPG. Good thing I live close to work.
