Default Thinking about selling my hardtop

I put my trektop nx on a few months back and love the look of the racerback, i keep thinking how much id hate to put my square hardtop back on and am contemplating selling my hardtop.

a few things im concerned about, 1) how will this do in the winter, im in montana and we can get some snow here, dont know how soft tops do through the winter.

my other concern is the rear retainer bar that clips to the tailgate area, its a pain never being able to access the back of my jeep, anyone know of any mods so i dont have to deal with the clips? I am fine with the plastic bar being there but would like it to come off/on easier because i know the way it is now would be impossible in the winter.

Any tips/suggestions/insight is greatly appreciated

I'd say keep the hard top. Was going to sell mine, but have used it in very hot and very cold areas and I am happy I kept it.

I live in Denver and had both, hard and soft tops. I live in an apartment, so having both was a challenge. I decided to put my soft top on during this past winter to "test it in the cold" and it was fine. No major difference, especially with the heater going.

I put my hard top on Craigslist and 2 days later it was sold for $1500.

I prefer the soft top look anyways and the extra cash let me buy more stuff!!

put my NX on last August and the hard top as hung from the garage ceiling every since...
haven't really thought about selling it but $1500 would be nice!...
I keep reading about the mopar tailgate bar but haven;t gotten it yet, but I need to.
now you got me thinking....

I have a 4 door... so a 2 door hard top might be cheaper.
