Thinking about a Rubicon - thoughts on price?
Hi All,
I'm new around here but have looked around a bit and see a lot of useful information. I am seriously considering getting a NEW 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon very soon. The ones I am looking at are 6spd manual, hard-top (only), so pretty basic.
MSRP is $33,575
$1500 Great Lakes Incentive
I also have supplier pricing.
Out the door price is $31,785
I thought with the 2010 Wranglers coming out, there might be more flexibility in pricing. Does this price seem reasonable?
Thanks in advance for the input.

I don't know in USA, but in Canada, the 2010 Rubicon is more expensive than last year.
Around 37000$ CAN + taxes for an unlimited (all fees included)
I bought my 6 speed Rubicon Unlimited (my second one) last week. I had the chance to find a 2008 demo with 4000 miles. Including Sirius/GPS, side airbag

I think I'm down to $31,000 flat out the door.
Didn't know 2010 had lifetime powertrain warranty, thought it was going to a transferable 5yr/100,000mi deal?

You had the option for 5 year transferable or lifetime nontransferable up until 9-18-2009. Thats what my dealer told me. I did not try dealing OTD price since i can get my tax money back when i file. I did end up about $30,500 OTD on a $33,150 MSRP and no rebates or incentives.
