Yeah keep looking. My bro scored an 07 Sahara with minor cosmetic problems (easily fix with info gained here) had 18k miles. Payed 20k out the door. It's most likely because the body style doesn't change often and the strong sales of the new jeeps that these used vehicles are so hi. I look at it this way, it's got to be a good vehicle if even 07s are getting 60-70% of retail.

Jeep Wrangler have always had high resale value. Good if you are selling....bad if you are buying.
Sometimes you can get as good or better deal buying new with incentives and interest rates. Check into leftover 2011 models.

There's a nice-looking red 2-door JK Rubicon (2008) sitting on the lot at the dealer near us. Didn't ask price but was told that used Rubicons in good shape fly off the shelves...

I unloaded my 2007 jk unlimited with 46k miles on it for 23k a couple weeks ago. I couldn't believe it when the dealer gave that much for it. I paid 29k for it in middle 2007. That is really not that bad a deal. Good luck in finding your vehicle.
