Is there demand for new Sahara wheels and tires?

I think a fundamental problem with the Sahara rims is there are very few mud terrain options for the 18" rim size. My Range Rover buddies stuggle with finding off road tires for thier 18" rims.
The few good mud terrains for 18's have to be ordered and cost $1,200 to $1,500 a set not including mounting, tax or shipping if needed. For that much $$$ you can order 15" black steelies and new mud tires and have a complete spare off road set.
The tire industry will catch up, they just have not done a mass conversion to these big rims yet. 17's are becoming more common. 15" to 16.5" still hold the largest market share for off road tires.
