Default T-Case Failures. Who's had them?

I'm looking to collect info on JK Transfer Case failures (exploding/cracking/parts all over the place). I want to see how many were Rubicons RockTracks vs. the standard t-case. Pictures would be great. Thanks!

Standard case replaced under warranty for noise. No obvious damage, just noise at the front bearing area and or chain noise. Still makes the noise, just not as bad now.

Oh, ok, hope I don't end up qualifiying on that long trip to Moab. I'll prolly just pull the front driveshaft. Also, the reason I posted was to see what if any pre-cursers to the explosion were.

Revised recipe for disaster:

Lifted
regeared
front shaft w/double cardan at t-case and greater than 3° angle at pinion joint
high speed driving
Vibration

Kaboom!
