swirl marks and light scratch removal

My jeep is black and I've been noticing more and more swirl marks and light scratches on it. What is out there that doesn't cost a small fortune that will help?

X 2 on the Zaino. Do not wash with a sponge, use only 100% cotton to wash, take a 240mph electric blower to dry. Your rig will look as good as new.

If you want to save a little over zaino you can try the meguires or mothers clay bar. Might not be quite as good as the zaino.
