Stripped 2012 Sport????
My local Dealer has a 2012 sport...auto, softtop, only option is SAT radio....NO POWER WINDOWS, LOCKS. Sounds like locking each door will be a Pain in the rear and rolling up windows. Price $26,900....Those of you with no power windows and locks speak your mind.........

It's hard to re-sell a used vehicle without power windows if you should ever be in that situation. You'll end up having to take a larger hit in the sale of the vehicle than if you would have purchased them initially. Just my opinion though.

I had an 08 jk with all the bells and whistles. This time I want the bare necessities. But it won't be a daily driver.

I've an 11 sport no power locks or windows. It's a real pain in the the butt reaching over 2 foot to roll up/down passenger side window let me tell you. It's even worse having to use my key to unlock the door! Wow! Life's rough!! It's a Jeep right?!?! Plus with no power windows u get a extra cubby hole!!

With my soft top I figure someone would get in if they want. If the top isn't already down they could just unzip a window or cut it. I stopped locking my doors (manual locks) a while ago. I'll just make it easier for them to take my 75 cents in the cup holder rather than paying 500 for another soft top.
Basically I am just saying manual windows and locks aren't bad at all.

Just to give you my numbers I got my 2011 2dr soft top with the only option being a/c for $20,089 sticker was $24,239
I don't mind not having power windows and locks in my mind I say its a jeep...I don't need power options.
