I've had mine going on 2 years and I still consider it new. I think once your into the 80k mile range, then it starts feeling like not new. That may just he me though since I've never owned a vehicle with less than 80k on it before.

Then my wife IM'd me saying she had just sent off our first Jeep payment...now I'm thinking the bloom is off the rose and it's no longer new.

When did you decide your Jeep was no longer new?
So have you and the wife "broken" it in yet?

If not then put the bloom on the rose.

Mine is almost 2 years old and it's still new to me.

If it starts to feel used I just buy a new mod and its new all over again.

This Jeep thing is great!!

one year next week.

Still new to me.
Because it still smells new when I hop in. In two years it'll be totally paid off, by that time it won't be brand new... I'll consider it "newer."

LOL...we pulled into the lot across the street from the dealership and took that crappy wheel cover off, and as soon as we got home, took off the front license plate (illegal in CA but do with all our vehicles anyway).

Ha,ha...awesome. When I got home I looked at the paperwork and they listed the tire cover as being worth $150!! Maybe I should go back and get that...

Mine probably stopped being new about two weeks after it came home, right after I drilled the first hole into it to start mounting the Safari Rack. Then it was no longer a new Jeep it was MY Jeep.
