I knew all of you would enjoy that craigslist add. Glad I could supply some entertaining reading for all of you 
I also found one a while back but is gone now from down in that same area in Naples that was a Rubicon with an Ursa Minor J30 and AT overland equipped and they had it for 80k. I just laughed reading the for sale ad as I could ad up everything and it was about $15-20k less than what he was asking. Guess parts do appreciate on vehicles

Looks like he is underwater on his mortgage. I'm guessing the result of his bad decisions. Owes 736K on a 636K valuation. Assuming this site is accurate. I have no idea where they pull their data from.
