StarScan ESP disable for 07 jk worth it?
Does this keep the JK from braking in the sand and mud in 4hi? I really hate that I am unable to drive in the sand or mud in 2wd or 4hi without the ESP.

...next time you're out and about, put your JK in 4hi, your selecctor in neutral, push the ESP button for about 10 seconds and you'll hear a ding. You're done.
...Your instrument cluster will also propmt you that ESP has been disabled!

It will. ESP is completely turned off. It'll remain turned off until you turn off your vehicle, then it resets itself. When you turn your vehicle on again, you'll need to repeat.
Tip: I usually put my vehicle in 4hi then neutral. Then I hit the ESP button to turn it off.
...then I'll put it in drive and go crazy in the sand (Pismo Beach Cali)!
Try the proceedure in your driveway. When you hear the ding and see the prompt, your ESP is off. When done, simply place your selectors to park and turn off you vehicle.
Regards!
