I have another option..
I have my dad's old 1991 xlt lariat f150 with a 302 v8 and a 6ft bed. He passed away and I inherited it. It's just been sitting for the past couple of years. It's obviously the cheapest alternative that I have. But I'm not too familiar with modding trucks. Anyone have experience with old Ford trucks?

You guys weren't lying, the Sammy is a pretty sick vehicle. I gotta admit I was biased toward the jeep brand but these little machines look like a lotta fun. And not to mention, the parts are dirt cheap sans the tires and wheels. I'm looking forward to test driving one.

My vote would be for the zuk. Easy to tow and great trail rig. I have a trailer queen and love it. Although over the years the only Suzuki part left is the cab, I am biased though mine has a v8.

Is $5,000 too high for a 97 TJ sport with 4.0 and auto trans? Again, its strictly for the trail!! Please help me with this, I really need opinions on this one!
