Default Sold my Jeep, couple of questions

So I had to downsize for a number if reasons and sadly the Jeep had to go. I am dissapointed, but it was a 4 door Sahara and someday I will be in a place to buy another one that wont be a daily driver and I can get the 2 door I'd prefer so it wasnt totally devastating. Need info in a couple items.

1) If I didnt reset to factory setting then my Pro Cal tuner is useless to anyone else correct?

2) Whats the usual asking price for a 2010 unlimited hard top in good working order?

kbb.com should answer that for you.

like the above kbb.com, but you might mean for the hard top only? as in you took it off the jeep and still have it? search through the for sale section to get an idea of past posts, but i've heard people easily fetching ~$1000 on craigslist just to get rid of it in a pinch. i imagine you can do much better than that. they're pretty expensive new.

good luck!

1) Im not 100 percent on a Procal but on my Diablosport, if you do not reset the settings back to stock, your vin number is locked on the module and yes, it is pretty much useless to anyone else who doesn't have your old jeep.

2) yahoo autos is great for looking at prices of what a vehicle is work. It give you retail, market value and fair values. Check it out.

The procal has to be reset in the vehicle. Or you can send it back to aev & they will do it for 150 I think I've seen. So maybe go to whoever you sold it to & ask if you can't reset it or sell it for cheap & someone can send it in.
