Sockets in tool bag???

Although I have not yet put my bag together (working on it) I planned on using those socket organizer racks from Craftsman. Will try and post a picture.

I use the Craftsman strips. They are just plastic so I cut them down to fit just what I need. To keep the holders from sliding off after the strip is cut, I drill a hole and install a short #8 or #10 nut and bolt. Works great.

Just throw them in a little bag that you add to your overall kit. I have those 3 little zipper bags you buy as a set from Home Depot or Lowes. You can spilt them into metric and SAE, if you have aftermarket stuff that calls for it.

I use these rubber socket holders. They hold great and can be flexed around to fit in your bag. I keep all my trail tools in a master craft tool bag that straps down in the back.
