Default Snapped bolts on rear sway bar bushing bracket. Got any tips?

Managed to snap off both rear sway bar bushing bolts on one side. Tried a screw extractor set with a torch and liquid wrench, but didn't get anywhere. Anyone got any tips? It's a 2010 JK.

Lemme ask this....are you opposed to just moving the sway bar back an inch? It would be monumentally easier to drill 2 new holes on each side and either tap or use self tapping 3/8" screws to relocate the mount than deal with those. I'd have to dig......I may even have 4 I could send you. No promises though. I think I might have some.

Drill the whole way through the bolts, tap and install a heli-coil. Or drill the whole way, tap and install larger bolts.
