I don't get it... what's the point of one?? I think that if it will be a one piece the size of our hard tops it will be WAY to heavy to take off and put on... and too fragile too. And if it's like the bikini top panels in the previous post... the only use of it seems to be to protect you from the sun.... I think the mesh top would give you better results in that scenario.

I would love to see the smoked panels identical to the freedom top hardtop panels will all the same latches, moldings, etc. I would be nice to have some sunshine peering through the roof during the winter months when I have the hardtop on! I don't know how difficult that would be to make them or that matter the cost????

I heard through the grapevine (From Jeep Engineers) That Jeep was looking to offer "Freedom View" Which was the freedom tops but clear..... It was supposed to be available this summer... I dont see it happening but Id LOVE to get them.
EDIT I found where it was written.. "The freedom tops - I wanna call them "Freedom View" glass tops are in developemnt and will be available - this summer or next fall. Thanks for asking."
