Hey guys...Been driving on the Turnpike for the past few days, and noticed when I get up around 60 it struggles to go any faster. Eventually it does, but it's just slow to react to what I want it to do. 6spd manual, and I just hit 1000 miles on it, so maybe it's from the engine not being broke in enough yet. Or is this why everyone has been complaining about the 3.8 engine? My TJ wasn't like this.

Throttle more computer controlled. I think there is a very small response time. You have to rev it harder to go faster. It took me a long time to get used to that. I have always had v8 pickups. I seem to get better gas mileage on the interstate by letting it rev high going up hills. I don't really know how that could be. I got to drive a TJ for a few hours a while back. Those things jump when you hit the gas. They are alot of fun to drive.
