I've been driving around for 3 days now passing the occasional police officer. No problems. I have a State Trooper 2 houses down that sees my Jeep every day. He has not said a word to me about it. He even walked by last night with a "Hi".

At this point, until I'm told otherwise...

I can see OK with them, and they are visible to those around me. I think the TJ brackets help too...

The brackets I bought off a member that moved from CO to PA. He had them custom made. The arms are from broken TJ mirrors. The lights are 55W driving lights off eBay that came with covers. I picked up temporary mirror material and stuck it on the covers.

Damn engineers - always thinkin'.

I've got the Rugged Ridge brackets also, I think I got them from 4 Wheel Drive Hardware..........I must say, I'm not sure why Rugged Ridge (or someone else for that matter) doesn't adress the 75% vision loss by designing a different bracket for the passenger side!
