Should I get this Ruby!!??

Modifications actually depreciate the book value. But I would definately pay more for one with these mods already, although I have quite enjoyed doing all my modifications myself. One of my favorite parts of the jeep experience.

If this thing is in great condition you should be able to get it for $23000 or less. If you love it pay a little more. But don't pay $27000. I'll bet they gave someone 18/19000 for it on trade.

You can buy one from a dealer via the internet and in some cases justify the independent inspection and shipping costs.

Dealerships don't have nearly the margins to work with that people think they do. This isn't always the case, but most of the time a dealership's internet sales price is within hundreds of dollars of their true cost. It has to be to get people's attention vs. all the other ones on the internet. The only time its not that way is if they were able to purchase it for a great price. Which happens less and less these days.

Did you buy a Jeep yet? The days of the BIG discounts are long gone my friend. With the internet you have to be competitive or you wouldn't get people walking in the showroom to look at your cars. With the Cash For Clunkers thing, it raised all the prices on used cars!!
