I am so pissed the shop that installed my LOD bumper and sliders were lazy and welded my sliders to the frame, they didnt install the bolts that support my tow hitch, i even gave the step by step instrucktion by WOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i went back fri and raised total h*ll,the ownwer wasnt there but was the one that gave the go ahead to weld,i am supposed to take it back tomorrow. did they mess up my frame doing all that welding to it? what would you guy do?

They didn't mess anything up on the frame. It can be cut and ground back off. The brackets may have been modified to do so, not sure. I would be pissed personally. Bolts included in this kit?
Second note, this is why you DIY!!

Just spray a couple coats of spray paint and that will keep it from rusting. I've heard of Por 15 too, but I don't know much about that product. What a crappy situation. I'm sorry to hear such a thing happened. They really should compensate you for the time and hassle of all this.
