People who do that drive me crazy! If I'm on a highway cruising along and you're trying to get on it's not my responsibility to slow down to let you in. Your ass should sit on that on ramp until its safe for you to merge. Oncoming traffic has the right away not the other way around.

I concur...either get on the fricken highway or dont...If i am already on the highway I shouldnt have to slowdown for you at all...
