If and when the good engine and tranny reviews start coming in, I will trade up my '10 Rubi for a '12 Rubi. Most likely at the end of '12 model year, when the '13s start showing up to get a deal. How can you screw up going from 202hp to 290hp and adding an extra gear to the auto?? I guess we'll see...

Same boat as White Fang... Not selling my '08 JKU because of the lifetime warranty. Besides, when I factor in buying a new '12 versus paying off the '08, it makes NO financial sense to me personally (I owe 1/3 of what it would cost to buy a new '12).

I guess my need for a new drivetrain isn't enough for me to spend triple what I owe today...

Not a chance. They can't even fix all the problems with the 3.8 engine since it's been out. I don't see all the hype with the pentastar cause along with it will come endless problems.have fun with that if that's the route you go.

I will get a used JK with a 3.6 in the future. I would like the extra 90HP. I drove the GC and the charge 3.6. I think 3.6 is going to do will in the JK.

I will if the engine and auto tranny are solid and in the 300hp range. Also the clunky steering has to be fixed, or I wont trade up.
