Lockers make your axles "solid" so all your wheels turn at the same speed. You cannot turn when you have your lockers engaged because in a turn your outside wheels must rotate faster

Seems like he had fronts locked. No need in the mud. He could have opened the front and left rears locked. Then he had to see the gulch on the approach. So bad line as well. Nw has alot of mud. Wheel spin helps keep tread clear. But you have to steer sooner. Seems like newb.

That just really sucks. I hate to see this happen to anyone. He definitely puts a new meaning to " give it hell!"

That was my thoughts also, I wouldn't have turned on my lockers if I knew I had to steer. Also I would have been off the throttle as soon as I made it to the other side and let the jeep crawl the rest of the way up.

How would any1 get stuck in that!? I could of drove a moped up that tiny hill. Sad ass people who had no business goin off the road. I would donate money to them if they promised to keep their stupid asses on the pavement.

Hahaha I wish we had a "like" button. I'm supprised no one brought up the driver's gender joke.

But seriously I'm glad they are okay. It's sad that happened and I hope their insurance pays for it.
