I know it seems funny but rolling your vehichle is a serious matter... sure his insurance may cover this but it's a pain to replace your vehicle and of course they'll probably drop his coverage. It may be difficult for him to get affordable coverage afterwards.
It seems like the windshield is a huge weak link on the Jeep. Check out these pics of my Jeep after being rolled by a driver who blew a red light.

2012 automatic rubicons come standard with 3.73
2012 manual rubicons come standard with 4.10
all rubicons before 2012 came standard with 4.10
2012 automatic rubicons have the option for 4.10, it's not standard.
No I don't know why they changed it :/

Thats absurd.. The whole point of getting a rubi is for the 4.10's. If anything, the manuals should get the 3.73's and autos get the 4.10's so they have comparable power. Regardless, my manual has 4.10's so I am happy

Agree, my automatic came standard with the 3.73 and they are probabaly fine with the new engine/transmission combo if you stay with stock wheels. According to Planman, 4.10's with the new engine/transmission combo are just right for 35's which I am upgrading to in March.
Currently with stock tires and 4.10's my RPMs are 2600 at 70 MPH and that seems really high IMO.

Thats pretty sad. Clearly driver error with too much throttle, but I still feel bad for the owner trashing his new ride.
The part that made me nervous was people standing next to and pushing on the Jeep when they rolled it upright. Had that strap broke or came unattached, someone very well could have been crushed. If I was the pulling vehicle driver, I would have refused to take tension on the strap unless those people stood back. Their pushing was not needed IMO.
It almost looks like they are all running near street tire pressure? If nothing else, makes for a lot rougher ride on the trail.
