Default Seat Belt Flapping?

OK, for those of us that have been topless / windows down for some time I am wondering what Jeep aficionados do to reduce the flapping of the driver's seat belt?

I have thought about putting a clip on the support but figure someone probably solved this long ago.

Any thoughts?

I just picked up a roll of velcro straps at Lowes. It was about 25' long and I used it to make straps for two Jeeps. Then I just velcroed the straps around the seat belts.

And the velcro works pretty good? Are there any other solutions for this? This was annoying me last night with the doors off.

New seats and a 5 point harness.

Seriously though, the straps work. Elastic with velcro is a bit better IMHO.

I just stick my jacket behind the seat, wedged to the side between the seatbelt and pillar. Low tech.

I have some that came from a hardware store, can't recall which one. I think they where for looping up extension cords.

I also have some that came from the computer store for making the cables behind it neat to, but i think they may be to short to go around the padding?

The ones i am currently using are "blousing straps" from my old bdu's. The mil guys should know what i mean.

I would think any outdoor/backpacking store would have cinching straps or something that would work.

Default Trying some weatherstripping...

Placed a piece of weatherstripping with double sided tape between the belt and side (only attached to the side) - so far it is working but I'll tweak it a bit today and take pics if it holds up.

Ebay has some premade seatbelt straps that work great, I think they cost $7.00 per set. I got mine about a week after my order.

It worked well for me. You just need to be aware that if you put the straps too tight, it makes it difficult for the seatbelt to retract.
