Novus stages 1 2 and 3 work very well, i also use that turtle wax paste stuff, if you work hard enough you can buff them all out pretty much, but after a few good thorough powerwashings your hard work will be blown away. lol

but yes. try any buff in scratch remover and you should see an improvement, the best wax i have used is Nu Finish. it makes your paint shinnneee and it makes it incredibly smooth. so take a day and buff those scratches out and throw a few coats of wax on her and you'll be good for a while, i have just dropped the ball lately...
