Default Scratched wheels...HELP

I received some wheels today and a couple of them are in rougher shape than I imagined (deep scratches, etc...) These are stock Sahara wheels. Any suggestions on how to fix them or at least make them look better?

Well i know its crappy since you didn't know you were getting scratched wheels...but if it helps, they are going to get scratched when you go off road anyway.

those are painted and clear coated wheels, truth is you can probably polish some of the scatches out but not the deep ones. Only paint can take care of that. To polish, a tool like the "power Ball" works great. utilize a high grit rubbing compound first and clean it off, work to a medium then a fine grit then finish off with a wax. this process will truelly remove the superficial scratches. All of the "all-in-one" products just temporarily fill the scratch in making look better but only until you wash your wheels well or the product wears. It's up to you, with out seeing the wheels it's really hard to tell what you should do though.

who sold you those? thats really bastard-like to sell you wheels in that condition, especially the hole or wutever that is in the tire. Unless he told you the condition of the wheels were like that and you agreed, then its a shame. But he didnt tell you id try send em back.

Pacer89,
The seller made things right...probably going to put the one with the sidewall problem on the spare rack.

I did this. Completely screwed up. No excuses, just f***ed up. Honestly I did NOT see the sidewall thing. That, I was obvlivious to.

I'm sorry, this will not happen again. No excuses, this is my screw up. Anything that is dished my way, I deserve.
