Default Is this Sahara a good deal?

So I'm looking at a 2008 Sahara, pretty well equipped. It's a 2 door, auto, soft top, power windows/doors, tow package, 18" wheels, sat radio, YES fabric seats, Infinity sound system and 5008 miles for $22500. Color is green which I like, I had a green 2000 Sahara TJ.

From what I've seen so far that's not a bad price just wondering what others think. I'm in New Mexico for what it's worth.

Although this is my first post I've been a lurker for awhile. This would be my third jeep, had an 87 YJ and then a 2000 TJ. Sold the TJ to buy a Ford powerstroke for towing.

NO because I just gave 23500 for a new 2009 Sahara (green)with all options plus dual tops plus 2.9 finance. New Jeep sales are in trouble check around.

No, that's not a very good deal. If you really searched and found a great deal, you could buy one new for that.

soft top, power windows/doors, 18" wheels, sat radio, YES fabric seats, Infinity sound system
That's all standard on the new Saharas. The only options it has is the automatic transmission and tow.

edit: I can't remember if the power group is standard on the '08 2 doors or not. I know its standard on the 4 doors and all of the '09 Saharas...

Hmmmm, intersting info. Our local dealerships must be smoking crack, they are asking for 38 to 40 for unlimited rubicons. Not sure how much of it is a regional thing but it's good to see better deals can be found with some work.

They are trying to take advantage of the factory shut down. Probably telling people they wont be made anymore. They are smoking crack. If I walk into a dealer and see a second sticker of any sort I walk away and find a new dealer.

It's a good deal if it's a good deal to you. You can buy a new '08 or '09 for less but they may not be what you want. You can likely get the dealership to throw in an extended warranty which would give you 70,000 bumper to bumper warranty.

If it has what you want and you like it and you can't find a better deal where you are, it's a good deal.

I'm with pastorsteve, it really depends on what's available in your area. If it's a good deal relative to what's around then I say go for it!
