Default rusty coil springs

i've been noticing that the powder coating on my coil springs is chipping away and now corrosion is starting to set in and been thinking about pulling them off to taking care of the situation but before it gets any worst. Its there any special primer and paint to use since the springs see a lot of movement?

Take a wire brush and remove and surface rust, then simply paint using por-15. It stops rust and prevents it from coming back. I think it only comes in black

Yea you could probably paint with the por, then spray them any color you want with some rustoleum
