I never even thought of this but I'd say I agree with everyone else..the jk has to re earn them. I would say the only sticker that doesn't have to be earned would be "if you can read this shoot my spotter" applied upside down! I don't have that sticker and if it indeed has to be earned, I'll pass on that one!

Can you get them for your baseball cap? Mixed feelings about putting on the jeep but a big part of my thinking is the driver earns the badge. I can't see a person driving around in a used jeep with abunch of badges that were on the jeep when he bought it.

Depends on how you organize the stickers, you might be able to include both of your old and new Jeep stickers on your new Jeep. If that makes sense. So if you used to have a YJ, add a YJ sticker to your MOAB sticker. Or stick all the older stickers on your hardtop as trophies. Then the new stickers you earn with the JK can go on the outside. World is your oyster.

Just think how much fun it will be to make the New JK earn the stickers...... I dont feel either way would be detrimental to your rig....

I got the Moab sticker too but need to wash the jeep before I try to stick it on. It's like being kissed by the prettiest girl in school and not wanting to wash your face, there are still remnants of sweet red sand and dust on my jeep to remind me of the trip!

I am somewhat saddened with the overwhelming support for the rig earning but I agree the rig earns the stickers. I do like the idea of keeping them but instead of a book I think I will start sticking them on my tool box. I've had three rigs in 10 years but I still have the same tool box. Towards the end of summer I'll be moving back to Washington so the family and i will be taking almost a month to drive cross country. Moab is most certainly on the list of places will be stopping at. There is just something really awesome about waiting at the light on main street and sitting in the lane next to you is a tube buggy riding on 40's...
