Install took me about an hour in 34' temp. I used a couple wrenches and a socket. Also used a crescent wrench for the top 8 bolts just to tighten them down. It was super easy.

Longest part was unbolting it after i bolted it on because it wasn't sitting flush with the frame rail. Then finagling the damn bumper around until it sat flush.

Took me longer getting the stock bumper off than mounting the XHD. It's a pretty badass stubby bumper, however I'm thinking of swapping it out with a PSC or LoD one w/ stinger. I'll throw it for sale on the forum when the time comes.

Awesome thanks for input. Do the bolts need to be torqued to a certain lbs? I've got very limited tools and no pneumatic ones yet.
Also did the winch plate come with the bumper? Where did u get it if not. Just curious if that was another thing missing from mine

I don't use a torque wrench. Basically, since this is my bumper, I put my ass behind my wrench and tighten it down. Broke my last Torque wrench couple months ago. As long as the bolts don't shear, they ain't coming off. PS. I'm a 135 lb. rock climbing college kid.

The winch plate is built into the bumper. Nothing to worry about with that part.

Thanks for the instructions. Got the bumper today and looks complete with everything this time. Not sure if I asked but any issues with airbag sensors in the front?
