Can't wait to get rid of the daystar panel, it really doesn't play well with a manual trans - wish they specified that with their sales info before I got it.

I think this panel is a winner and a game changer but I do have a few questions for you guys at RR. I noticed that the pic of the pillar panel was taken on a 2011 JK., what about the other year model JK with the other interior?is the panel going to be a universal mold for the both the newer 2011 Jk and the other year model JK's? Is the going to be different panels offered for the different interiors of the JK? What size switches can be used ie.. oval, square, round?

It was designed around the 2007 - 2010 Jk's. We took delivery of the 2011 JK about 2 weeks before we had to ship it out. We had no way of knowing if it would work in the new model. We did our best to try and guess what was changing and what stayed the same. The 2007-2010 are a dead fit to the original trim pcs. The 2011 does have a slight gap between the dash and the pod. If you look close you will see the foam pcs I used to fill the void. Still looks good but we are looking at a better solution for the new 2011 guys. Don't get me wrong, it looks OK on the 2011 but you guys can be really picky...

As noted earlier the standard locker type switch used by other companies will fit. We have rolled out our own line of switches that have a slightly different look but are the same type (function - Size) as used by others.

We are working on price... Should have that out soon.. Sorry, that's not my call.

My guess is that it will be anywhere form $20 - $40 like most other switch panels. I would imagine that the switches are going to be between $10 - $20. If they go much higher they will have trouble competing with Daystar.
