I've always liked the silver/black combo.

I traded an 2011 4 door Rubicon for a 2012 2 door Rubicon one month ago. I went to a Jeep that weighs a thousand pounds less and has 80 more horesepower, so the difference in performance is huge. I had a choice between a 2012 and a 2013 that were sitting side by side on the dealer's lot. They were both the same color, and similarly equipped. I chose the 2012 because I didn't want to have to change wheels first thing, and because I liked the seat fabric better on the 2012. The 2013 fabric is really fine grain and looked to me like it would be a lot harder to keep clean, and less durable.

Well written (yes, I read the whole thing). I'm normally a make-the-decision-and-run-with-it kinda guy, but for my 2012 JKUR I had no choice but to order one to my spec (both dealers near me didn't have anything close to what I wanted). Good luck with the new one!

Tough choice, I agree going with the 4.10's over the 3.73's, great job on that option! My brother made the mistake of the 3.73's and is now looking into a regear after he upgraded his Jeep with everything under the sun. Another $1500 gone! The black 13 does look good though, but I imagine it'd be extremely hot in Texas!

At least you got the benefit of moving to 4:10s after totalling the first one – saw your sig and remembered reading the thread you posted about it. That must have sucked.
