are there any? i don't want 17inch bling wheels, nice 15 inchers with 32s would be nice

 

Not unless the individual dealer will install wheels for you. From the factory, the 17's and 32s are what you will get. I am willing to bet that those rims will be a hot ticket item just like the Moab wheels are on the current Rubicons. Many people who have upgrade wheels and tires were able to make a decent amount of money back on the factory wheels.
