Finally, I found and talked to the guy with the "Rubicon" Green Jeep. Nice guy...
He told me that he wanted a Rubicon, and this was a cheap way to have one.
I told him about this forum, but he doesn't speak english at all.
N.B.: He told me that he paid these 2 Rubicon stickers 80.00 $ CAN

That's because the gas charged shocks are exactly the same, be they black or red, be it on a Rubi or an factory upgraded X or Sahara. Springs are often the same as well.
My 2008 X 24S has the same springs (by part number) and shocks as a 2010 Rubicon. Not every Rubicon has the same spring part numbers...
My mechanic is still trying to figure out what suspension scheme Jeep uses when building new Wranglers.
