rubicon springs and shocks for load
Will swapping out my stock sport springs on my 2014 soft top 2 dr for some rubicon unlimited springs give me a little extra ride height and load carrying ability? I just want to be able to add a front bumper without so much sag. I have a winch and rock sliders now and it dropped almost an inch, i dont want to lift at this point because i will not go bigger than 33s and if i do im going with flat fenders instead of a lift.

The answer is probably. Lots of discussion here about springs and which ones chrysler put on which vehicle options. It is likely that the unlimited rubi had stiffer springs, but that is not guaranteed. Do your springs still have tags on them showing the number which corresponds to stiffness? If so, you want to install springs with higher numbers than what you currently have.

^^^ this. I have a two door Rubi with a full width front bumper, and winch with steel cable. I swapped from 14/56's (I believe) to 18/60's. It brought by front back to stock height, and as I don't have any extra weight in the back it went up about one inch above stock. Now just to get a rear bumper with tire carrier to bring the back back down.
Hope this helps.

I think you'll be happy with the slight boost in height. I went from 14/55s to 17/59s with a 3/4" spacer in front. Offset the bumper/winch and leveled it like I wanted.

So if I have a 2012 jk and get springs from a rubi jku it should give me a lil bit of a lift with my stock bumpers? I have rancho 9000xl shocks now. I also have 1.5 wheel spacers so would this allow me to get tires 285/75/18 ? Or 285/70/18

Not necessarily rubi springs, but typically the heavier 4 door jeeps have a higher spring rate

I installed 18/59's and TF leveling kit 2" puck in front 1" in rear. Happy with results. Parked next to two 4 dr sports with 255/75/17's, 225/75/16's and one 2 dr with 225/75/16...like how mine was sitting before mods.
