Here's what to do. Get her the rubi...but before you give it to her. Pull the front 44 and rocker rails and give them to me. Then I will give you my Sahara side steps and d-30 to swap back in hers. Perfect for the mall. Pm if interested lol...

Jeep is partly at fault. They put all the serious rock crawling hardware in the Rubicon. They also put in the Mall Crawler power windows cruise and other thing in. I tried to order my Rubi without power windows sub-woofer,etc but no luck. When I told a local dealer my 2012 Rubi will be running the Rubicon next Spring they were shocked.

A cheap lift and winch DOES NOT make it a Rubicon.

I'm still debating on taking the rest of the stickers off mine, which is just the rubicon stickers on the hood.
Wouldn't mind dark grey on black but silver on black is a little much.
Buy her an X, take off all the stickers, get a set of Rubi take-off wheel and tires for $750.
Either that or get her a Rubi and tell her it's a requirement to test all offroad facilities to their maximum capabilities on a regular basis.

I just got back from the mall, even wheeled it accross one of the little islands in the parking lot. Didnt even need to use the lockers or 4lo. Rubicons are great mall crawlers.
