Not to pile on but I also had some problems with Rock Auto. I bought a wheel bearing for another vehicle from them and they shipped the wrong bearing to me twice. After the second bearing I called and asked to speak to a manager and got a kid on the phone who probably wasn't the manager. Finally got the right bearing but what a pain in the ass.
