There are tens of thousands of RHD JK's in Australia, England, Japan and many other countries.
I've had one since 2010, they drive like a JK.
The only difference (apart form the steering wheel) is the battery / computer is on the other side.
They might be hard to buy in the US, but they are defiantly not a "rare" build.

My 08 RHD is about to hit 100k miles in a few weeks. The best part is when someone on your right when you switch lanes sees you coming over they swerve because they think you are gonna hit them
